Default ?? Juneau - Reliable Bite for Halibut ??

I posted a similar thread this same timeframe last year. I'm trying to put together a journal of some reliable halibut bites for the month of august for future reference. Looking for Juneau area. I'm all the way in Virginia now-so no worries on giving up your secret hole. Just looking for some reliable spots so I can see if there are any trends that I can follow when I finally move to Juneau. IM if you want to share but don't want it to get out.

    Icy Strait comes to mind
I choose to fly fish, not because its easy, but because its hard.

Another nod to Icy Straits - I put in 75 hours during the second week of June this year targeting Halibut. Many consistent producing spots on Chart 17302. This is west of Juneau a few miles but not that far. I'll be back up there next year and will do a whole lot less hunting for good spots and focusing more on catching halibut over those spots I've fished. PM me if you want detailed info.
