    Will that load work on Kodiak Bears

    Yes, if you put it where it needs to go, it will work just fine.

    I get the feeling we've been here before...

    Ed- you don't specify a bore diameter but my response is the same. You're unlikely to get much (if any) expansion with the TSX at those low speeds and the TSX will fall below its design threshold pretty quickly with a MV of 2000fps. There is nothing wrong with most of the catridges you list on your site for brownies at full velocity- why water a good thing down? I also think that in those cartridges big chunks of lead are totally appropriate- I like the TSX but at magnum velocities, not plodding along.

    Suggest you tell you clients if they want to kill a ten footer they need to sack up and learn that recoil is generally harmless, brown bears? Not so much.

    A factory 180 out of a 30-06 would be better
