    Default Need Rain

Floated Montana Creek over the weekend and there is not much water. We did alot more hiking than usual. So everyone do a little rain dance so we can raise these rivers before the silvers show up. By the way, the fishing was very sslllooowwww......

We were on the Deshka Sat/Sun and it looked to be about 12-18" low. The normally skinny spots were quite skinny and provided some pucker moments heading up. (don't tell anyone, but we boated a couple of small silvers about 6 miles upstream...)

We really do need rain.. Some spots up the skwetna get a lil sketchy even with the jet boat. The boat was 10+" out of the water were we left it.. Not cool. And high water brings in more fish!
