    Default grizzlies show gang signs?

    the salcha area has 7 bears running together in a gang according to this article from todays fairbanks newspaper-

    Just read this! We have grizzlies rolling around often, but not normally like this!

    I've seen them run in gangs on tustumena lake too.

    Are they generally part of the same family when you see them in groups like this?

    It seems that bears demonstrate many and diverse types of behaviors to master their environment, for instance: digging clams, as they do across the inlet, running to a gun shot, as they do on Kodiak... who is to say that they have not learned that a "gang" of bears working together is not advantageous to each?
