I've never eaten char, but we're thinking of going after them in one of the stocked lakes in the Mat-Su area. I've found recipes on line, but I thought I'd see if anyone here has a favorite. I don't know anyone who actually admits to eating them! I don't even know if they're any good or if they need a lot of taste killers added when cooking. Maybe, like rainbows, they're best eaten fresh while camping?
