Does this trump the Salmon Master's Stick & String vid?

    Both are great.

That's pretty funny. But I'm throwing a flag for grabbing a dead fish and shaking it to make it look like a live catch!

Fish looked dead as a doornail.

I still wonder at the legality of that, if it's not staged. Not sure "hands" are considered legal gear.

    You guys are too funny,

This one was stagged because I never have the camera person with me. BUT, I have done this and it is more miss than connect. Guz808, sockeye don't always swim on the bottom. I will get you some footage of them porpoising. You have to be still for quite some time and all the conditions need to line up. The fish was alive and I did pluck it from the water just not on the vid. Try grabbing a sockey behind the gills while alive and see if you arm shakes a bit... Didn't you notice it jumping in the tote after I threw it in?

Thanks for the looks and comments, some very sceptical folks on here. Still good fun.

Does this mean you won't be tying on Saturdays this winter?

Stanbiker, we will just have to wait and see....

Can't think of anything to keep me from it as of yet.
