    Yes.

The total yearly harvest out of all the Upper Cook Inlet personal use salmon fisheries (Kenai, Kasilof, and Fish Creek) is 25 salmon and 10 flounder for the permit holder and 10 salmon for each additional household member. The limit is combined for all four fisheries - Kenai dipnetting, Kasilof dipnetting, Kasilof set gillnetting, and Fish Creek dipnetting. King salmon may not be kept in the Fish Creek dipnet fishery.
These are annual household limits, not a daily limit, or a limit per fishery.

If you didn't fill your limit you could fish the dip net fishery in Kasilof, Kenai, or Fish Creek if it opened.

    See link for more info.

Beat me to it Aktally but also don't forget that King Salmon retention is not allowed at the Kasilof either.
If a dipnetter dips a fish and there is no one around to see/hear it, Did he really dip?

So I found where the regs state no king salmon retention for dip-nets however, it does not say anything for set-nets. Any ideas?

Read page 18 of the Southcentral regs. Third bullet under Kasilof River P.U. set gillnet fishery.
Your bait stinks and your boat is ugly

There it is!! My lawyer missed that when I sent the regs to him for review.

Thanks..... Now, anyone know of a good lawyer? I must replace mine.
