    Default Dump Stations/Denali Highway?

Can someone tell me if there's a dump station in Cantwell? What about Paxson? Figured there aren't any on the Denali Highway itself, is that right?

    Thanks,
    Tim

In Cantwell there is a rv park that has a pay dump station and potable water.

There is no dump station on the highway itself that I know of. We don't have one, and I don't think any of the other lodges have them. I believe there is one at the rv park right in Cantwell. I do know there is one at the Paxson Lake BLM campground South of Paxson, as I have used it, although several years ago. I assume it's still there. The cost to get someone out to pump my tank in the fall is enough to keep me from installing one. Good Luck!

Yeah, Denalihunter, that's what I figured. Costly adventure for a lodge. Plan on riding trails off the Denali over the course of 7-8 days. Daughter would be the only one to use the potty, unless the wife comes too. If it came down to it I'd drive out to Cantwell or Paxson and dump if absolutely necessary.

Paxson Lake campground and the Paxson Lodge have dump stations. $5 to dump at the lodge.
