    Default 4'-5'? Looks Small to me

    Just curious as to what the masses would say, this is one of two blackies at the site all that is coming in really is this smaller one a wider one I think maybe a mother and its older cub.  At different times maybe staying in the same area.....PICT0443.jpg

    Technically it is not. Cub term for blackie is in first year of life. That bear was in its second year for sure. But yes generally speaking would be called cub by most people, legally it is not.
